RETURNS & REFUND 

 

ASQUAREDTWO FAQ'S ON OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES BELOW 

Our standard return policy allows returns within 14 business days of receiving the item. This policy applies to all items unless otherwise noted. Returns are accepted by mail to our U.S. address only. Items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, provided they are in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with all original tags, packaging (if applicable), and proof of purchase. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you with an explanation, and no refund will be issued.

Final Sale Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

 

  • Cosmetics (body washes, toners, makeup, etc.)

  • Pre-Ordered Collection Drops

  • Limited Edition or Quality Items

  • Gourmet items

  • Monogrammed, altered, or personalized items

  • Digital Products

  • Fitness Plans and Workouts

  • Single-use products

  • Products bought entirely or partially through the ASQ2 Rewards Programs or Tokens.
     

For these items, we may be able to offer ASQ2 Credit instead of a refund, depending on the item. Please email us to find out more. 

Category-Specific Policies:

  • Clothing: Clothing may have a tag that should not be removed. If the tag is removed, we will be unable to process your return.

  • Bags: Be mindful of dark clothing that can transfer dye to light-colored bags. Please return all original packaging, including dust bags and leather tags.

  • Intimates & Swimwear: For health and safety reasons, intimates cannot be returned. Swimwear can be returned only if the hygiene seals and labels are intact, if applicable.

  • Gifts with Purchase: If your order includes a free gift, please return the gift with the item for your return to be processed, otherwise - we will be unable to process your return.

  • Promotional Gift Cards: If you used a promotional gift card for your purchase, any returned items will result in a reduction of the gift card balance, or the value may be reduced to $0. If the gift card has already been used, the used amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • Perfumes: For health and safety reasons, Perfume can only be returned if seal is not broken. 

  • Digital products: Non-Refundable, as they've already been downloaded

  • Fitness Plans and Workouts: All deposits, sessions, media ( photos, videos, plans, etc...), classes, and/or memberships are not refundable. 

  • Excursions: All excursions are non-refundable up to 60 days before the event is supposed to take place. Most excursions are posted 120 - 180 prior to the start date. 

  • Single Use Products: Are non-refundable and are final-sale 

 

Return Shipping & Fees
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to ASQUAREDTWO, and any taxes or fees associated with receiving the return will be deducted from your refund. Returns cannot be made in-store, as we operate exclusively online. When returning an item, please remove any old addresses or barcodes and only include items from the same order. If returning via QR code, ensure you bring your return to a participating retail location—not a Dropbox. If you print a return shipping label, you must ship from a participating location as well. For multiple returns, you are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and any additional fees incurred to accept your package, which may be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Our fashion line has roughly $45 USD in shipping built into the display price; this shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund or store credit provided, as well as any additional shipping cost paid to get your items to you. 

 

Price Adjustments

If you purchase a full-price item and it goes on sale (without a promo code) within 7 days, you may request a price adjustment. We will issue store credit for the difference toward your next purchase with ASQUAREDTWO.

International Returns
Non-U.S. customers are also subject to the same return policy guidelines.

Return Abuse Policy
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, we may restrict or decline future transactions if we detect an unreasonable return pattern.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the same policies as our return and refund procedures and must be requested at the time of the return.
