SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Orders
Orders placed on the ASQUAREDTWO website can be shipped within the United States and external territories. If you wish to have your order delivered to another country, please select the destination at the time of checkout. If your preferred country is not listed, we currently do not ship to that location.
At checkout, enter your own details under the "billing address" section and the recipient's details under the "shipping address" section. The order confirmation and tracking email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If needed, you can forward this information to the recipient.
P.O. Boxes
We accept P.O. Box addresses for all standard deliveries. Orders within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping is only available for orders with a physical mailing address.
Taxes
Prices listed on the ASQUAREDTWO website do not include tax. The applicable tax will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the final invoice sent with your shipment email.
Maximum Purchase Per Product
We limit purchases to a maximum of 10 units per product.
Resale Purchases
If you are interested in purchasing for resale purposes, please contact us to discuss the possibility of becoming an ASQUAREDTWO Certified Seller.
Order Dispatch Locations
All fashion and clothing orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing and product quality control facilities in Colombia. Cosmetic products are produced in the U.S.A. and shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse.
Signature Required for Delivery
In most cases, a signature is not required upon delivery. However, for high-value orders, ASQUAREDTWO may request a signature.
Product Shipping
In most cases, each product line will be shipped from different warehouses, countries, or domestic locations. Each product has its own associated shipping cost, which may also include pre-built shipping and handling fees. As a result, you may be charged separate shipping costs based on the item category, rather than a single shipping fee for the entire order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, along with a link to the tracking page. Your invoice will also be included in the tracking email.
Order Confirmation Email Not Received?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, first check your spam or junk folder. Ensure your email settings allow communications from ASQUAREDTWO. If you still haven’t received it within 24 hours, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Missing Item(s)
If you’ve received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our customer service team with the following details to expedite the process:

A clear image of all products received in one photo

Damaged Items in Transit
If any item is damaged during shipping, ASQUAREDTWO will provide either a replacement or a full refund, pending receipt of photographic evidence. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Late Order
Most late parcels typically arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. If your delivery is delayed, please check the following:

Verify Delivery Address: Ensure the delivery address is correct by referencing your order confirmation email. If you're shipping to a gift recipient, double-check the recipient’s details.

Check for a Card or Notification: Your parcel may have been delivered to the post office or a local collection point. Look for a notification card or any communication via email, app, or SMS.

Customs Delays (International Orders): Some shipments, especially international orders, must clear customs. Please check with customs authorities for any delays.

Delivered to a Safe Place: Check if your package was left in a safe location, such as behind an object or in your mailbox.

Known Service Delays: Any shipping delays or interruptions will be communicated on the ASQUAREDTWO website, via email, or on our social media accounts. Carrier service disruptions will also be posted on the carrier’s website.
Tracking Shows My Parcel as Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It
Received on Your Behalf. Please verify if someone else at your home or delivery location received or signed for the parcel on your behalf. If you live or work in a large building, it’s worth checking with building management or the mailroom to see if they have accepted the delivery for you.
